Ingredients:
- Banana – ½ kg
- Maida – 1 cup
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt – for taste
- Oil – for frying
Preparation:
- Cut banana into half by length.
- Slice it into 2 or 3 pieces depending on the thickness of the banana.
- Prepare batter by mixing maida, rice flour, salt and turmeric powder.
- Batter should be thick enough to coat the banana slices.
- Heat sufficient amount of oil in pan. (Ensure its very hot)
- Dip the banana in the batter and deep fry in oil.
