Ingredients:
Spicy Prawns Masala |
- Prawns – ¼ kg
- Onion – 1 big
- Ginger – 1 small piece
- Garlic – 6 cloves
- Tomato – 1 big
- Tomato sauce – 1 tblsp
- Red Chili powder – 1.5 to 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Oil – 2 tblsp
- Chopped Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
- Salt – for taste
Preparation:
- Chop onion, tomato and green chili into small pieces.
- Crush ginger and garlic.
- Keep a Kadai on the flame and 2 tblsp oil into it
- Now add ginger, garlic, onions and sauté well
- Add chili powder, turmeric powder and mix well and add chopped tomato and sauté well for about 5mins.
- Now add prawns and sufficient salt into it.
- Close the lid and cook for about 8 to 10mins until prawns gets cooked.
- Now add tomato sauce.
- Add pepper powder to it, mix well and cook for another 2 or 3 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
