SPICY PRAWNS MASALA


Ingredients:
Spicy Prawns Masala
  1. Prawns – ¼ kg
  2. Onion – 1 big
  3. Ginger – 1 small piece
  4. Garlic – 6 cloves
  5. Tomato – 1 big
  6. Tomato sauce – 1 tblsp
  7. Red Chili powder – 1.5 to 2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  9. Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  10. Oil – 2 tblsp
  11. Chopped Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
  12. Salt – for taste

Preparation:
  1. Chop onion, tomato and green chili into small pieces.
  2. Crush ginger and garlic.
  3. Keep a Kadai on the flame and 2 tblsp oil into it
  4. Now add ginger, garlic, onions and sauté well
  5. Add chili powder, turmeric powder and mix well and add chopped tomato and sauté well for about 5mins.
  6. Now add prawns and sufficient salt into it.
  7. Close the lid and cook for about 8 to 10mins until prawns gets cooked.
  8. Now add tomato sauce.
  9. Add pepper powder to it, mix well and cook for another 2 or 3 mins.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
