Chocolate Cherry Delight



This is a special kind of cake which can be prepared without cooking. Specially dedicated to Chocolate lovers !!


Chocolate Cherry Delight
Ingredients for Base:
Marie biscuit – 15 no
Butter -50 gms
Milk maid – as needed
Coco powder – 1 tea spoon
Powdered sugar – 1 table spoon

Ingredients for Choco cream:
Coco powder – 2 tea spoon
Powdered sugar – 1 table spoon
Milk maid – 2 to 3 table spoon
Butter  - 50gms

Steps:
1. Crush the biscuits well with hand. Do not use a mixer.
2. Beat powdered sugar and butter in a boul.
3. Mix coco powder and biscuit powder well and add it to the bowl and mix everything well.
4. Add the milk maid spoon by spoon and set the base, shape it with a mold of your choice.
5. Refrigerate it for 10 min.
6. Prepare the cream by mixing all the ingredients in the order Butter, powdered sugar, coco powder, milk maid.
7. Spread the cream evenly over the base. 
8. Refrigerate again for another 10 or 15 mins.
9. Decorate the cake with grated milky bar and cherry.
